When an image with odd dimensions (e.g. 1001 × 1001 px) is divided into a 3×3 grid, standard division results in repeating decimals (333.66 px per tile). Rather than rounding down and truncating edges, our engine dynamically distributes the extra remainder pixels across the initial tiles. This ensures every single source pixel is accounted for with zero gaps and zero overlaps.
